We are looking for a Client Success and LiveOps Analyst to help ensure the seamless operation of client campaigns and live events. As a Client Success and LiveOps Analyst at Talkable, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of client campaigns for top e-commerce brands. In this role, you will monitor and manage key account metrics and health scores, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance the client experience.
