As the Referral Program Optimization Lead at Talkable, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our clients' referral marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with their business objectives and drive meaningful results. In this role, you will take ownership of the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of referral campaigns, utilizing data analysis and client feedback to maximize performance.
