Reward one-time actions to get more social media engagement and to boost newsletter subscriptions.
When the loyalty user completes a one-time action, the points are assigned to their account immediately. Once complete, the action is removed from the dashboard.
Earned points can be reviewed in the points history section, lowering customer service inquiries.
Reward ongoing actions to increase purchase frequency, increase LTV, boost AOV and get more referred customers.
Points are redeemable via the loyalty page and in the shopping cart for Shopify. For Shopify Plus there is also the option to add a redemption CTA to the checkout page.
